About Us
The Youth Bull Riders World Finals is fully committed to making a positive difference in the lives of young people, while at the same time; making a difference in the lives of those around us. Youth Bull Riders World Finals has been structured under the Texas Youth Bull Riders, Inc., a Non-profit 501 c3 Organization based in Fort Worth, Texas. Since its inception in 2007, the Youth Bull Riders World Finals were founded on the belief that every child's dream can come true if only given something to believe in.
MIKE VERGARI _ Chairman/Founder
Mike has 20+ years experience promoting and organizing youth bull riding events and active involvement facilitating and coordinating High School rodeos. He also has 22 years with the Tarrant County Livestock show as the Swine Superintendent, and 30 years plus service on youth football league boards.
CURTIS SPAIN _ Sponsorship and Advertising
Curtis is a graduate of Texas Tech University School of Business and brings over 19 years of knowledge in finance, management, promotions, and team building. He has participated in rodeo at every level, from sheep riding to professional. While the YBRWF is already the premier event in the sport today, his vision is to take it to the next level!
DANNY MALONE _ Director of Judges and Arena Help
Danny is a lineman with Tri-County Electric Coop. I have been doing line work for 16 years. He is a church youth leader and has been involved with youth organized sports for 20+ years. He has been associated with TYBR for 14 years and a TYBR Director for the past 6 years. 2016 Danny became the VP of TYBR.
CODY BUNN
Cody works as a salesman for 37 Building Products out of Weatherford, Texas and has 4 kids ranging from the ages
of 2-19. Cody is a lifelong veteran of the rodeo industry including High School and Junior High rodeo events as a bull rider and team roper. He has been involved with the YBRWF since 2013 and enjoys helping these kids and watching them grow.
LARRY JACKSON
Larry lives in Keller, Texas with his wife, Amy, and their three kids. Larry is a Certified Financial Planning Practitioner with Goldman Sachs. He grew up in Gordon, Texas spending summers working on a cattle ranch. Since 2013, he has been actively involved with youth rodeo and serves on the board for Texas Youth Bull Riders. He has a passion for helping kids and for expanding youth rodeo.
BRITTNEY WACASEY
Brittney is a Commercial Property Manager and a graduate of Texas A&M Univ. as well as Sam Houston State Univ.. She is a lifetime veteran of rodeo competing in barrel racing, performing trick riding, and as a secretary for bull riding events. With her husband, Keith, and son, Bronc, they raise bucking bulls and host bull riding events for all ages.
SUSAN RODEN _ Souvenir Program Designer & Web Developer
Susan is a graphic designer with 30+ years experience in the publishing industry. Since 2008, she has offered her expertise to design and coordinate all aspects of the YBRWF Advertising Souvenir program and the YBR website. Susan is very proud to be part of the YBRWF and hopes her efforts help create lasting memories for everyone.
